BUHLER RAISED THE BAR WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOP

This fall we organised an exclusive customer event, the Buhler Service Workshop in Mechelen, Belgium.

Buhler is a B2B company that is very proud of their custom-made machines that increase productivity, plant availability, hygiene, safety and product quality.

.

Dinners and gifts are nice gestures, but they can get very boring and impersonal and Buhler decided they wanted to take care of their clients in a special way. However, they have clients all over the world, so it wasn’t easy to trigger them to travel all the way to the tiny country Belgium.

Buhler asked us for help and we provided the answer: The Customer Service Workshop. An event with nice food, a huge tour, a spectacular show and above all, great business opportunities.

To invite the clients to come over and to allow them to confirm, we utilised personal e-mailing combined with a registration website, which of course had to be mobile friendly for busy professionals on the road.

After the event was over we immediately uploaded the photo gallery, so the guests could share the photos on Linkedin & Facebook before they even got in their taxis.
